Who are easyMarkets?

easyMarkets was established in 2003 and has offices in many locations like Warsaw, Sydney, Limassol and Shanghai. They are fully regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. To open a new account it is necessary a deposit of £100 but you could also open a demo account to start learnings and test all the featured offered by easyMarkets. They have all clients funds segregated into tier-1 banks so your money will be safe with easyMarkets. But before we deep dive into all the featured offered by easyMarkets our suggestion is that you open a demo account at least so that you can check with your own hands and riskfree all the tools we will discuss in this review.

Features and account types

easyMarkets allow the opportunity to trade with two main platforms based on your preferences. On the proprietary easyMarkets Platform you will be able to trade currencies remotely using any computer. You will therefore be able to trade from wherever you are as long as you have a solid internet connection. EasyMarkets also have a unique feature called dealCancellation which is a completely risk-free tool that can be used to protect your account and recover the investment if the market will move in the direction against you. They do also have the standard MT4 that will be delivered with pre-installed tools like indicators, auto trading and multiple order types. The platform has also guaranteed stop loss and take profit features. With the use of those tools you won’t experience any slippage even when there will be volatile times: the price at which you have executed an order will also be equal to the price at which you made the order.

What is easyMarkets Trading experience?

Trading Platforms & Design

EasyMarkets offers to their traders the popular MT4 (MetaTrader4) platform. When trading on easyMarkets the minimum and maximum trade requirements will depend on the trader account and also the instrument you are trading. Compared with other online brokers easyMarkets have lower entry requirements than other ECN broker who tend to benefit from higher volume of trades. EasyMarket has lower minimum deposit, smaller minimum trades requirements and also no commission on trades which makes it a very good proposition for beginners and also for traders that are very active on a daily basis. As mentioned above margin requirements tend to change depending on the treader, account and assets but normally easyMarket offer margin up to 0.0025% on currencies.

Easymarkets design is really good as they do incorporate a simplified theme that makes the interface more intuitive. It is nearly impossible for you to get lost also because the menu is very clear and well structured. Someone might find the design a bit basic but when you trade it is much better than overly designed interfaces so in our opinion they score 4 out 5 in this aspect.

Deposit & Withdrawal Methods

Making deposits and withdrawals is very easy as easyMarkets allow lots of deposits and withdrawals options like credit or debit cards, Bank transfer, American Express, Maestro, Skrill, Neteller and so on. Also clients funds are placed in segregated accounts on tier-1 bank so they are safe.

Customer Service

Easymarkets has international offices and have customer support agents teams ready to serve you for questions or any other concerns. We have tested extensively their phone and live chat agents and we were able to get in touch with customer service almost immediately. We were also impressed on their customer service quality as we found professionalism and also concerns were answered first off without the need to do another call or chat.
